All orders are shipped from our Vendors stores respectively using Bluedart, Fedex, DHL, UPS, or any other third party service provider.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
Free Shipping on all products when paid for online by credit card, debit card or net banking.
ORDER & DELIVERY
As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched as mentioned in the product information for each product. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company.
Orders will need to be signed for, so please choose a delivery address where someone will be in to receive it. You must provide a full address, including any special instructions, as we will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address. If an incomplete address or phone number is provided, we will email you to ask for the full address/phone number. We are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number, so if we do not get a reply after 2 attempts to reach you, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.
Deliveries will take place between Monday-Friday, and will be attempted 3 times before they are returned to us. There will be additional fees for further shipping attempts, or for any change of address after the delivery has been scheduled and you have received your tracking number.
