These terms apply for all modes of purchases made from Us on the Website,social media platforms, WhatsApp, Google.

Returns

A product once delivered cannot be returned unless the product is not the one you ordered. And only for domestic orders.

Refunds

Refunds shall only be considered in the case when a wrong product is sent to the customer.

Items on Sale or offer are not Refundable or Returnable .

To Avoid this, Empty Street shall be providing you with QC information before shipping the product.

• We shall try our best to adhere to the size specifications mentioned by the customer. We will ensure the proper sizing information is conveyed to both the customer and the designer and will not be liable for sizing mistakes. Please check the size guide for more details.
• The Quality check involves the right product, sizes and all the necessary components of the product.
• When an order is delivered damaged/ incorrect, we will give you a store credit for the full amount. After we pursue necessary course of action with the logistics partners .
• Upon receiving the products, please notify us of any concerns regarding the damage/incorrect product within 24 hours. A picture/video showing the problem area should be sent to this email contact@emptystreet.in.
• All the Refunds will be settled in the form of store credit.

 

Cancellation

• The customer can cancel the order only within 24-48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours, cancellations are unacceptable.

• Once a cancellation request is received, it takes us up to 15 business days to process the refund. 20 days in the case of International orders due to payment gateway policies. The status of the reimbursement will be communicated to you. We will have to deduct the  payment commissions of 3-6% and refund the rest of the amount. You can alternatively, request for us to provide you a 100% store credit.

• Empty Street reserves the right to cancel the order in case of unavailability of the product and offers you the option to swap the outfit for anything else of equal price on the platform.

Exchange/Swap

• Exchanges are not accepted in Empty Street after receiving the product or after the order fulfillment begins.
• Within the first 48 hours you can swap the item before the production of the outfit starts.

Product Disclaimer

• The variations in the colors  of the actual products are caused by various factors such as the weather at the time of dying, the nature of the cloth dyes, and the display capabilities of the computer monitor. Color variations are not an acceptable reason for refunds at Empty Street, as a slight variation is expected. We will provide the best information possible with us.
